• No Guarantee of Dispensing: Submitting a request online does not guarantee a prescription will be dispensed. All requests are subject to verification by a licensed NorTexRx Pharmacies Group pharmacist and require a valid, active prescription from an authorized healthcare provider.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any communications regarding your health and should only use secure, trusted networks when submitting personal data.

4. Delivery & Logistics Terms

Our network offers direct delivery and compounding courier services across the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. By requesting delivery, you acknowledge:

• Delivery timelines provided by our team are estimates. Delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or prescription verification holds with your doctor or insurance.
• Certain medications, including controlled substances and temperature-sensitive compounds, may legally require an adult signature upon delivery. In these cases, packages cannot be left unattended at your door.

5. User Conduct & Prohibited Uses

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from attempting to breach the security of the Site, submitting fraudulent or forged prescription data, spamming the request forms, or using the Site to violate any local, state, or federal healthcare laws.
